COMPANY
HTC TRAINING CONSULTING was conceived in 1997 and founded in 2004 with the purpose of providing the following services for flight safety management:
- Consulting in flight safety procedures;
- Port state control for offshore platforms and maritime vessels;
- Aircraft freight for mission in onshore e offshore environment;
- Assistance for selection of aircrafts, equipments and crews;
- Assistance for flight safety, aeronautical engineering and aviation medicine;
- Design and construction of flight decks for helicopter operations;
- Financing and Leasing (back) of aircrafts;
- Training of the maintenance teams by Computer Based Training - BST - techniques.
Our staff is highly qualified and has a large experience in aeronautical consulting and technical assistance. Our team is comprised by:
- Pilots with more than 10 years working as operational, maintenance or flight safety advisor;
- Aeronautical engineer certified by Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) and coursed in the maintenance of the Super-Puma and S-76C+ helicopters;
- Maintenance Inspectors with more than 10 years of experience and coursed in maintenance of Dauphin, AW 139 e S-76C+ aircrafts.

Aeronautics Engineering
- We can assist our clients with aircraft modifications design reviews and with the certification documents required by Brazilian National Civilian Aviation Agency (ANAC);
- We are able to specify flight and ground tests to aircrafts in certification process including EMI and EMC tests.
Aircraft
We have expertise in support our clients to select the best aircraft fitted to their requirements and expectations. We can provide the whole assistance to allow you do the best choice. We can provide information about the kinds of the financing and the documentation requested to register the aircraft in Brazil.
Crew Selection
We can select the pilots and mechanics staff according with the profile requested by our clients.
FLIGHT SAFETY INSPECTIONS AND AERONAUTICAL ACCIDENTS PREVENTION PROGRAM
HTC Training Consulting provides services linked to flight safety. Our staff has expertise in doing aircraft inspections and to audit Aerial Taxi Companies. Our services are focused in maintenance and operational requirements review to assure airworthiness of our customers' fleet.
Our flight safety inspection reports contain the information bellow to support our customers` flight safety performance evaluation:
- Description and classification of all non conformities found;
- Statistical Analysis of data obtained by inspectors' team and plotting of the data trend graphs;
- Engineering Analysis including flight safety recommendations to customer and to the aircraft operator.
We are able to provide inspector´s team comprised by a pilot with flight experience in the aircraft model, a mechanic coursed in the maintenance of the aircraft freighted by our customer. The inspection reports are analyzed for an Aeronautical Engineer, certified by the Brazilian National Civilian Aviation Agency (ANAC) and also coursed in the maintenance of the aircraft freighted by our customer.
Offshore Flight Decks Inspection
HTC Training Consulting can provide people with expertise in preparing of offshore platforms and all kind of maritime vessels flight decks to the inspections of Brazilian Navy Aeronautics Directorate (DAerM).
We are able to perform previous Port State Control inspections to offshore platforms and maritime vessels operators. Our inspectors can assist the offshore platforms and maritime vessels operators managing the certification process with Brazilian Maritime Authority (DPC).
Our support consists in doing previous inspections with the purpose of check flight deck comply with the laws and regulations of Brazil. We can also assist our clients designing flight deck construction and modification.
